Solid Results at Ray White South Coast Group Auction

By Elke Blake

At our in room auctions on 21st November 2012 we offered 10 properties, selling 2 prior and 3 on the night showing a 50% clearance.

With a large crowd in attendance and a great selection of property ranging from an immaculate and characteristic home on 1 acre in Berry (SOLD $960,000) , to several well presented homes in Nowra, Bomaderry and Coolangatta, along with a choice of vacant land in Nowra and Cambewarra. We also offered the iconic Nerriga Pub with the highlight property being the “Convent” in Junction Street, Nowra selling under the hammer for $960,000.

Our results are a testament to the ongoing focus of a proven selling method by auction whereby open auction and agent accountability will produce positive results for our Vendor clients and buyer alike.

Our next in room auction will be held on the 5th December 2012, our final auction for 2012.

We look forward to seeing you there.
