Sold at Auction 6th June 2012

Last Wednesday night Ray White South Coast Group had 13 properties up for Auction at Gabby’s Function Centre In Berry. Amongst these properties was 124 Fountaindale Road, Jamberoo which sold on the night for $945,000. The agent, Neil Campbell, was pleased with the result and was happy to sell the 16 acre property on the night for the vendors, who are looking forward to starting a new chapter in their life of retirement.

The 5 bedroom family home offered a unique balance of country and coastal living, being only 10 minutes from the beaches of Kiama and 30 minutes from Wollongong. Additional features included a pool, 4 stables, round yard, bore, cattleyards, crush and vet shed.
