The Ray White group has dominated a groundbreaking list of the industry’s leading estate agents, according to the results of the inaugural Real Estate Business Top 100 Agents ranking released today.
As a group we outperformed all other agency networks, securing 17 of the Top 100 places. The new ranking, partnered by Aussie and RP Data, rated agents on their sales volumes, sales numbers and average sale prices achieved in 2011.
This is a fantastic result for our company and it demonstrates that even through what is said to be tough market conditions, there is great merit in understanding what top performers are doing within their business.
The inaugural Real Estate Business Top 100 Agents ranking attracted submissions from more than 400 agents across Australia. Data collected included sales numbers, sales volumes, years in the industry and listing numbers, among other information with RP Data verifying the sales data provided by every agent.
At the annual Ray White NSW awards earlier in the year, Ray White Gerringong office was placed in the top 10 Regional Offices in NSW, coming in 5th place, with an overall sales turnover of approximately 71 properties for 2011.
Neil Campbell, the principal of Ray White Gerringong, has contributed to these results, being the Number 1 principal in Regional NSW, for the 2nd year running.
