Meet Terry Digger – Ray White Gerringong’s new agent

Terry Digger joins Ray White Gerringong and brings with him an honest, professional approach and is determined to make the process of buying and selling property as efficient and friendly as possible.

Terry’s varied and interesting background places him in good stead to contribute to the team’s values at Ray White Real Estate. Having been a regular visitor to the area over the past 25 years Terry’s enthusiasm about living and working in the local district was a driving force in his decision to relocate to Gerringong. Coming from a 3^rd generation family in the rural township of Thirlmere, Terry has a great understanding of community values. A keen sponsor of many sporting groups over the years Terry has enjoyed coaching his three sons in country football and watching his daughter play netball.

His enthusiasm about living and working in the area is infectious, and, as he says “in real estate, working where you live gives you genuine insight into your community. It’s a valuable asset when it comes to assisting members of your community with their property needs.”

Terry’s many years of experience and expert understanding of rural and residential real estate means that he provides clients with informed, professional advice about their property, whether they’re buying or selling.

He also has valuable experience beyond residential real estate. Originally a qualified Management Accountant and then a business owner for a period of 17 years in the hospitality industry Terry employed up to 20 people. Working closely with the general public he gained an acute understanding of the psychology of client satisfaction.

A registered Justice of the Peace, Terry has the knowledge and expertise to deal with the financial and legal aspects of property transactions.
