From January 4-15 2017, Kiama will play host to the Junior Championships for surfing – the stepping stone for future success.
This event is well known within Gerringong with previous winners consisting of Sally Fitzgibbons and Dean Bowen. Other winners include Joel Parkinson, Andy Irons and Adriano de Souza.
This event will attract an estimate of 2,000 visitors to Kiama and over $1.5million in local spending.
Visitors are welcome to watch the surfing during this time.
