By Neil Campbell

Ray White Gerringong is proud to have sold a piece of Gerroa’s history, “Elouera” for an outstanding record price of $5,030,000 under the hammer at Auction.

The stunning 54 acre pasture land property is one of only a few ocean reserve acreages in Gerroa that offers magnificent boundless views of Seven Mile Beach, Gerringong Golf Club and the Pacific Ocean. The record sale price was a staggering $2.23mil over the reserve price, and there were 7 registered bidders invloved in the bidding battle on the night. The agent, Neil Campbell was absolutely amazed by the result as it completely smashed everyone’s expectations.

This was the first time this property had been offered for sale in 90 years, so the successful purchaser, who is from the Shire, was quick to take the opportunity!
