A warm and approachable communicator, Nathan is an accomplished Real Estate Agent and Auctioneer. Nathan calls hundreds of auctions each year, both on-site and in-rooms across the Sydney and South Coast market and has sold real estate for the past 6 years.
Growing up in the Southern Highlands of NSW, Nathan brings his strong sense of community, along with his results driven approach to his real estate acumen. Nathan combines his country-style open communications and charm with his dogged approach to facilitate a successful process and deliver on his vendor's expectations. Nathan's knowledge across varying real estate markets contributes to his valuable skills in real estate negotiation, educating buyers and sellers and effectively marketing listings. Nathan prides himself on building long term relationships, working hard to meet the needs of the individual vendor, ensuring their best interests are prioritised. Nathans's natural ability to negotiate with many different stakeholders, his proactive approach to marketing property, along with his ability to read the market, ensures he can deliver a result.
